Kuolemanlaakso: Death of Era I

“Death of Era I”

Last Saturday’s show at the warmhearted KarmaRock Festival marked the end of an era for Kuolemanlaakso. The feedback from our debut “Uljas uusi maailma” has been overwhelming in all the corners of the world, and we’ve played a number of great shows around Finland with outstanding bands, including Jess and the Ancient Ones, Shining (SWE), Deathchain, Sotajumala, The Crescent, Ofermod and Church of Void, not to mention our most memorable live experience at Tuska Open Air Festival.

The touring cycle for “Uljas uusi maailma” is now complete. It is time for us to fully concentrate on the new Kuolemanlaakso material, and preparing for the upcoming recording session, details of which will be announced in the near future. This also means taking a break from touring.

We would like to thank everyone who have come to our shows, bought our albums, shared the stage with us and supported us in one way or another.

Special thanks to our label Svart Records, the duderinos at RedBerg Agency, and our reckless but lovable live crew. Era I is dead; long live Era II – the new and improved age of doom!

Death, darkness and despair,

Kuolemanlaakso
